Four strips of masking tape, taped to an 11 x 7.25 in / 28 x 18.5 cm sheet.
3 color notations along the right hand side for the three top strips are in Lewitt’s hand, all other notations are in Lewitt’s manager David Higginbotham’s hand
On the back, a small pencil sketch and ink.
The sheet has been horizontally folded several times and presents some all over creases, noticeable on the image.
The wall drawing is recorded in the Wall Drawings 1984-1988 catalogue raisonné as #464, page 97. It was first drawn by Jo Watanabe and first installed at Galerie Maeght Lelong, New York, January 1986.
